For qualified companies, we’re willing to offset our fees in exchange for a commission, a success fee, or equity. As angel investors ourselves, we love supporting the next big idea– and helping to get it off the launch pad.

Do you have a scalable opportunity that has the potential to get very big– you plan to be doing $10M or more in annual revenue in just a few years?
Have you already raised at least $100,000 in capital (friends and family count)?
Do you have a product that is at least in beta test stage and have evidence that some customers are buying what you offer?
